Bischoff Hervey Entertainment Television LLC. BHE has created, developed, and produced both television pilots and series for NBC, VH-1, CMT, A&E, E!, and SPIKE TV, including two seasons of the hit series "Scott Baio is 45...and Single" and "Scott Baio is 46...and Pregnant" on VH-1, and "Home Again" with Billy Ray Cyrus on CMT. In 2008 BHE produced "Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling" for CMT. Currently BHE is in production of more than half a dozen television series and programs slated to air in the US and internationally during 2011-12.
A veteran of 20+ years in the entertainment industry, Eric has produced over 2,500 hours of original programming (over half of it live), 79 Pay-Per-View events that generated more than $300 million in revenue, Executive Produced two made for TV movies, produced over 1,500 live events around the world, and his book "Controversy Creates Cash" made the New York Times Best Seller list in the fall of 2007.
During his tenure at Turner and Time-Warner, Eric established WCW as the leader in the sports/entertainment category for nearly two years—out performing the WWE from 1996-1998. He was also responsible for growing the licensing, merchandising, pay-per-view, and live event business units to record levels, increasing revenues from $24 million in 1993 to $350 million in 1998, building the division into a profit center for the first time since Ted Turner purchased the franchise in 1988.
After appearing for two seasons in "Different Strokes", Jason landed the role of Wayne Arnold in the Emmy Award-winning hit series "The Wonder Years". From this platform and experience Jason was able to leverage opportunities behind the camera as he began a career in producing.
While at Mandalay Entertainment, Jason spearheaded a partnership with Time Warner's "World Championship Wrestling" (WCW) which yielded 17 original productions in television, home video and Pay Per View, an original soundtrack with Tommy Boy records and 4 television movies for TBS and TNT including one of the highest rated TV movies in the history of basic cable in which Jason was the original creator.
The BHE licensing division specializes in creating licensing opportunities for established entertainment properties, as well as helping consumer brands grow their business by partnering with the right entertainment properties. BHE licensing has developed brand strategies, licensing opportunities, and retail distribution for entertainment brands including WWE, Playboy, Socko Energy, Hulk Hogan, LG, and WalMart. BHE licensing is currently working with MX Gaming and Endemol to launch a Hulk Hogan branded line of online games for European distribution.
